Our Story
HNC Legal was founded in 2009 by two advocates who came to the bar with a clear purpose: to build a law firm that placed the quality of legal service above all else. What began with two briefs has grown, through consistent effort and reputation, into a firm that currently manages over 700 active matters across civil, criminal, and corporate jurisdictions.
The firm is headquartered in Seshadripuram, Bengaluru, and has been a trusted legal resource for individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and enterprises across Karnataka and beyond. Fifteen years into our practice, the founding philosophy remains unchanged: thorough knowledge of the law, honest counsel, and a commitment to the interests of the client.

HNC Legal’s strength has always been its people. The firm comprises 15 professionals including 10 qualified advocates, each with specific experience in their respective practice areas. Our advocates bring domain expertise across civil, criminal, matrimonial, property, and corporate law — and each client’s matter is handled by a lawyer with the relevant background, not reassigned generically.
The firm was founded by two senior advocates whose combined experience represents a significant share of the firm’s 50 years of collective legal practice. Their leadership continues to shape the standards and the culture of HNC Legal.
